    Employees and their families are protected in the event they are unable to work due to injury, illness, or death. The Adamas Family Leave Wage Replacement program (when coordinated with a variety of other company and statutory paid leave programs) provides 100% of an employee’s base pay for a maximum of six weeks for dependent care responsibilities or for their own illness.

    We also offer basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) and employer-paid short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as additional voluntary life, accident and critical illness insurance at affordable group rates.

  • Time off

    • Annual time off: Employees accrue 15 vacation days per year to begin, with one additional vacation day for each year of service. 9 sick days, 2 floating holidays, 2 volunteer days, and 10 paid holidays per year are also provided.
